While casual banter makes any social gathering a fun thing to be a part of, sometimes people are willing to go the extra mile to make things a little more exciting.
For one group of friends in Malaysia, going the extra mile meant sitting tight at their outdoor table in a local restaurant – the first one to get up (effectively, the first to give up) pays for everyone's dinner. This time, however, Mother Nature wanted to get in on the fun and made it rain, as it often does in Malaysia.
Free dinner, rain or shine.

You'd think that as soon as it started pouring, at least one of the dudes would've given up. But you're wrong. They braved through the heavy rain; each man probably questioning his own life decisions but accepting that it's too late to back out now.
But hey, at least they managed to finish their food before the rain came. You're probably wondering if any of them got up at all after getting completely soaked by the rain.
In a follow-up video, @maggiebakarr reveals that one of the dudes did end up losing, paying for everyone's dinner – the poor guy wearing the red top. He had kept his head down throughout the entirety of the first video. Now you can watch him pay (literally) in the follow-up video below:
