We get it, shopping for wireless earbuds in a market so saturated with different options can be a real intimidating task. At the end of the day, not all earbuds are made equal, and some certainly present themselves as value-buys as opposed to performance-oriented devices.
There's absolutely nothing wrong with that. But humans are fickle. We want most (if not all) of the good things, and not just some of them. In an age of choice, not every device can satisfy our most basic needs.
And when it comes meeting expectations, the Jabra Elite 3 wireless earbuds check every box.

The Jabra Elite 3 earbuds are one of the brand's most popular offerings as of late. Out of the box, they come with a whole host of features that make you question why you'd even spend hundreds more on a device that basically does the same thing, perhaps with some extra bells and whistles.
These earbuds are basically the no-nonsense cousin of every so-called 'flagship' out there, offering you what you really need – great sound quality, a comfortable and secure fit in the ears, intuitive physical controls, as well as novel good looks. They normally retail for S$128 (US$92.35), but they're currently going for S$88 (US$63.57) on Amazon Singapore, marking a 31-percent reduction in price.
For starters, they come equipped with Bluetooth 5.2 and they're brand-agnostic, which means they work well on both sides of the smartphone battle – iOS and Android. The earbuds' 6mm speakers are engineered to deliver rich, punchy bass without bombarding you with overwhelmingly buzzy notes. You can also fine-tune and customize what your music sounds like with the Sound+ app, which has five presets currently available (and more to come in the future).
The Jabra Elite 3 sports an intelligent design that affords noise isolation to the user, offering a distraction-free escape from whatever you're trying to get away from. But of course, there will be times when you'll need to hear your surroundings.
With the buds' clever HearThrough technology, you can use the built-in mics to pick up sound from your surroundings and play them in your ears – without having to take off any of the earbuds. This is especially useful in scenarios like taking public transport (listening for announcements) and ordering a cup of coffee on the way to work. With Mono Mode, you can even use just one earbud while the other charges.

Speaking of charging, the earbuds themselves have a total battery life of seven hours. But when you combine them with the charging case, you get an additional 28 hours. This safely makes the Jabra Elite 3 an all-week pair of earbuds, depending on how often you use them.
But in the event you do need to charge them up, a 10-minute fast-charge in the case will get you one hour's worth of playback.
The earbuds also have IP55 water resistance, which means you can probably ditch the umbrella when you find yourself stuck in a light drizzle or heavy downpour. Of course, the two-year warranty helps sweeten the deal.
